Urban Zen Chair Yoga

Join us for VIRTUAL CHAIR YOGA! Chair yoga offers a gentle way for older adults to engage in physical activity, promoting flexibility, strength, and balance. The seated poses and movements are specifically designed to be accessible and safe, reducing the risk of injury while still providing the benefits of exercise.

This 45-minute program led by Deborah Forsblom is designed for older adults but all are welcome to participate free-of-charge.
