Plan for Peace of Mind: Attend Our Free Basic Estate Planning Workshop!

Join Jewish Family Services on Wednesday, November 20th, at 3:30 pm for a free Basic Estate Planning Event designed to give you and your loved ones confidence and clarity for the future.

What We’ll Cover:
Health Care Power of Attorney
Appoint someone to make important medical decisions if you’re ever unable to do so.

Financial Power of Attorney
Select a trusted person to manage your finances should the need arise.

Last Will and Testament
Specify how your assets are distributed and choose an executor, simplifying the process for your loved ones.

Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) Order
Understand the differences between DNR Arrest and DNR Comfort Care.

Why You Should Attend:
Not only will you leave with essential documents signed and completed, but we also encourage you to bring along a person you trust—perhaps your future power of attorney or executor—so you can finalize these critical choices together. Free notary services will be available on-site.

This workshop will be led by experienced attorneys Alison Forche (Forche Law) and Jen Routte (Routte Law) and will be presented in English. If translation is needed, please feel free to bring a translator.
