VETERINARY ASSISTANT TRAINING

RESKILLING FOR A NEW INDUSTRY

Featuring Janelle

Janelle came to Jewish Family Services when she could no longer work in an onsite healthcare setting. Her spouse had health issues and she needed help finding a new job to provide for her family. Janelle joined our Job Search Community and began attending group workshops and networking with fellow job seekers. She also met with a Career Consultant for 1:1 coaching to brush up her job search strategies and identify transferable skills. Janelle’s Consultant then connected her with a training program to supplement her experience and get her foot in the door of a new industry. With this personalized support from Jewish Family Services, Janelle leveled-up her skillset and landed a new position that better meets her personal and professional goals.
