We’re still buzzing from the energy at the LEDA Winter Job Fair, held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the Linden Recreation Center. The energy in the auditorium was inspiring as we worked toward our goal of connecting the City’s leading industries—including retail, finance, and the trades—with dedicated talent.
By the Numbers
324 Registered Job Seekers: We had a phenomenal turnout of individuals looking to jumpstart their careers or make a successful transition.
18 Leading Employers: Representatives from diverse sectors across Columbus were on-site to meet with candidates.
12 Employers Extended Offers: We are incredibly proud that these employers found their next great hires right at the event, extending immediate offers to our job seekers.
Our Mission in Action
At Jewish Family Services (JFS), we’re dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve economic self-sufficiency and emotional stability. We support people in finding good jobs while assisting companies to secure the right talent. In 2025 alone, our programs helped 599 individuals secure new employment, resulting in $25 million in earned wages for our community in one year’s time.
This event was a powerful example of that mission in motion, made possible through our collaboration with the Linden Economic Development Alliance (LEDA) and the City of Columbus Department of Neighborhoods.
