DORRA will:  Recruit | Prepare | Support

Recruit workforce talent.

Prepare job seekers for hire.

Support retention in placement.

Jewish Family Services has been awarded a grant from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) to assist 400 unemployed or underemployed Central Ohio job seekers to find and maintain employment. Directed Outreach Recruitment and Retention Assistance (DORRA) is designed to help job seekers who are 55 or older searching for full-time employment and those individuals who have been receiving unemployment for 15 weeks or longer, from now through June 2017.

Jewish Family Services uses a unique Integrated Services Model in our Career & Workforce Development programs. We believe that each and every person’s life experience is unique, and so we have created a person-centered, service-delivery approach that enables us to wrap support around you, with the services you need.

For more information on becoming an affiliated employer, or to find out if you are eligible for DORRA’s services, visit accesspoint@jfscolumbus.org or call 614-237-9675.
